When it comes to your mental consumption, I encourage you to, “DINE SUBLIME”

Hello everyone, here is another thought provoking nugget of truth from The Book of Hai/Clue it’s called “Dine Sublime”.  Please share your thoughts, or epiphanies! Enjoy!

“Dine Sublime”

Can you see them? can you see the signs?

You can see them in movies, commercials, and daily life,

But the best way is to research ancient times.

Rest assured what you uncover will come under fire by cynical minds.

“The Word” (the sword of the spirit that is) I find,

confirms and is supported by history of all kinds.

People, places, times, events, cultures, and civilizations,

are all encoded within the lines.

So….

Let the cynics remain,

with their thoughts maintained.

On historical truth I encourage you to dine.

Historical truth is sublime.

Forward vision is incomplete.

Hind-sight is where past and present meet.

Our society is now…

 However, true awareness
occurs when one questions
“What was then ?”

Or “what happen when?”

Not just “what’s happening now?”

So I encourage you dine sublime, and look behind,

For what’s behind always escapes the mind.

Perspective:

Historical truth like fruits and vegetables
should be the basis of our diet.

POWERFUL BENEFITS OF CHLOROPHYLL

Nature's Sunshine Chlorophyll, 16 Fluid Ounce (Extra Strength)

The Benefits of

Chlorophyll are not

widely known. In this

post I just want to

highlight a list of the

the benefits of this

powerful plant “blood”

so that you can do further research on your own. One thing I will share

with you that I have learned about chlorophyll, is that chlorophyll and

hemoglobin are nearly identical! Just look at the chart below!Hemoglobin vs ChlorophyllThe only difference is that chlorophyll is structured around magnesium

and hemoglobin is structured around iron. If you swap the iron in

hemoglobin with magnesium it will become chlorophyll and vice versa.

Now who of us can say with confidence  this is not by DESIGN! This cannot

be understated, I  am amazed by this, because it has “intent” written all

over it. Clearly we are supposed to “eat green”  Just look at the living

moving cells of chlorophyll! No wonder it does “wonders” for  the body! Well, anyway,  I encourage everyone to look into this I take it daily and I

highly recommend it! Below are the list of benefits!

Speeds red blood cell production
Cancer prevention
Kidney stone prevention
Treats arthritis
Fights bad breath and body odor
Powerful antioxidant
Detoxifies the blood
Delays aging
Digestive health
Prevents insomnia
Anti-microbial
Wound healing
Balances acid/alkaline (incredibly important!)
Boosts immune system
Treats pancreatitis
Strengthens bones
Treats anemia

Self mastery the life long journey, follow the blue print!

The Mind

As you have just read the body is truly a marvelous machine however, like the influence the wind has on water so the mind has a similar affect on the body. Without wind bodies of water would not move they would not have a stimulus. We have all seen ponds that are still having no current.  Well the mind causes the current within the body.  Just as the mind causes the current that flows thru the body that current could very well be a violent or

uncomfortable current.  For example when faced with a difficult situation some have established a modus operandi of doubtful negative, thinking and thus react with;

  • nervousness
  • anger
  • despair
  • hopelessness etc.

now what are the tell tale signs of these emotions. How they make you feel physically right like;

  • cramps
  • indigestion

  • headaches
  • sweating
  • or rapid heart rate

remember what caused it all… the way you think.  Now, nervousness, anger, and the like are all natural responses to stress.  However you must not allow this to become a habit.  You must dedicate yourself to positive thinking, reinforced by positive learning and other positive influences.  The breathing technique I outlined for you is an example of positive knowledge; retrain yourself by using it to establish new stress response patterns.  What you know is not power until you use it and the type of knowledge is a critical issue.  In chapter 1 the mind is outlined as the part of the brain that deals with thought. The mind is also represented by a burst of light in the Shu Ha Ri Legacy symbol. Your positively empowered mind can light the path for the right way to “think feel & do” commit this to memory.  On the other hand a negatively empowered mind does just the opposite.  You can say that ignorance is bliss however what you don’t know or choose not to know can hurt you. You see we become victims of our minds by repeating the same response patterns.  When this happens you also become victims of circumstance.  Due to a circumstance or situation, that arises in your life you react the way you’ve trained yourself to react.  Only afterwards do you think to yourself I wish I would have…  If you harness the power of your mind you will be able to harness the power of circumstance.  A wise person once said life is 10% what happens to you and 90% your response or reaction to what happens to you. One of the major points I am trying to convey in this section is for readers to recognize that the power of the mind lies not in events, circumstances, situations etc. rather in our thoughts and choices.   So harnessing the power of the mind begins with positive thinking which is developed by positive learning/influences and recognizing the power of choice.  Previously I used an analogy describing the wind affecting water in a similar way the mind affects the body.  Water however, simply reacts to a stimulus we on the other hand can choose our actions there in lies the power given to us at creation…. choice.  I previously mentioned an empowered mind lighting the path, well let’s break down the analogy of light.  If your mind has not been empowered positively, or if you routinely allow negative circumstances, or situations to become your primary focus then these circumstances or situations can accurately be described as dark for you.  During these times the solution is obscure to you, during seemingly dark times our minds can keep us in the dark or as stated before light the path out.  The kind of knowledge we have acquired negative/dark or positive/light determines whether we are kept in the dark or brought into the light.  Negative knowledge seen as valuable to many in society is;

  • sexual immorality
  • manipulation techniques
  • being a clever cheat
  • showing no remorse
  • telling half truths, etc.

  • rage
  • slander
  • gossip

Examples of Positive knowledge is how to develop

  • good ethics
  • morals
  • values
  • innocence
  • honor
  • respect
  • courage
  • patience
  • love
  • faith
  • hope
  • trust

need I go on which list will you build your life, or the life of your children on.   When faced with dark or any other times which foundation would be more beneficial cheating ,or honor, manipulation, or respect, immorality, or morality, rage or patience, the choice is yours.  If you want your mind to light the way for your journey positively, then positive knowledge is essential.  We acquire knowledge primarily through what we see read and hear.  Some sources are;

  • TV
  • movies
  • books
  • radio
  • song lyrics
  • talk shows
  • family
  • friends
  • and environment

Do not underestimate the power and influence these things have on your mind.  Your mind is much like a computer.  Computers do what they are programmed to do.  So… who’s programming you? The major difference between humans and computers, like humans and water, though is choice.  So I say again take back the power of your mind by choosing or filtering carefully what goes through the eyes and ears.  For these very things become the thoughts which once they marinate with your vulnerable inner person or spirit will become your feelings, your passions, what inspires you.   Now just as the mind steers you, and lights the path, your feelings fuel you love, anger. passion, hate, these are internal matters which leads me to the spirit.

Toxic people at your workplace…?

Another poetic nugget of truth from “The Book of Hai Clue”. We have all endured what I wrote here. Having wisdom to deal with this problem is very important.

Factions at the distraction

“The Case against the work place”

While at your 40 hour distraction

You must learn to perfect your reactions

to those who lack understanding, and have conniving intellect

These only seek to cause a negative effect

Such folly you must learn to deflect

The effects of these types are obviously toxic

Though some wish they would stop it

This has no affect on the mind of a gossip.

HISTORY OR “HIS”-STORY?

Another poetic nugget of truth from my book “The Book of Hai Clue”.

Who’s Story?

History
Has a story

What is it?

To absorb it
You must pay a visit

Take caution however, not to embrace

“His” story
In “True” History’s place

“His” story will glamorize
What ought not be done

Like Murder
Immorality
And many other evils
Considered to be gallant or fun

Are you listening to it’s lesson?

Think it’s boring?

Think it doesn’t apply?

For the sake of a nation

History answers the
Hard questions of
Who, What, When, Where, How and why?

AROUND THE EARTH THREE TIMES???

Greetings everyone below is a poetic nugget of truth from my book “The Book of Hai Clue”.

AROUND THE EARTH THREE TIMES?

It has been said that life is a highway,

of such an analogy
there can be no denial,

did you know,
the amount of blood vessels in the human body

measure 75.000 miles?

PERSPECTIVE:  According to scientists the distance around the Earth is approximately 25,000 miles. So one human being’s blood vessels can stretch around the earth 3 times? Wow! We are truly wonderfully made!

Hidden wisdom of the Shu Ha Ri Do symbol

Greetings everyone! In this video you will see inspiring and powerful concepts insights into how the Shu Ha Ri Do symbol illustrates my principles of self mastery under the Kingdom of Heaven.

What is an Ion? Well, Quest-ion…

Hello, everyone and goodnight, up late and decided to share this with you. Just another thought provoking play on words from my book “The Book of Hai Clue. Please share your thoughts if you like, and don’t hesitate to subscribe!

Step one in the pathway to Self Mastery under the Kingdom of Heaven.

Hello everyone in this post I am providing an excerpt from my book “Harness the Power Within and Without”.  In HTPWW I present powerful Shu Ha Ri Do concepts for self mastery under the Kingdom of Heaven. The symbol you see on the home page is a visual example of these concepts. The light burst represents the mind, water represents the body, and fire represents the spirit. More to come on the symbol in future posts!

The Body

The goal of this chapter is to increase your awareness and appreciation for the three parts of our existence.  In this chapter I will list some of the challenges facing us physically, mentally, and spiritually, and how to use these challenges as veritable firewood to light your inferno within. I will begin with the body, the body is influenced by what we do as stated in the body outline, whether we exercise or not, eat healthy or unhealthy, breathe deeply or shallow.  For example, I previously listed some of the systems of the body.  Well, quality of breathing and thoughts directly affect these systems.  Exercise or a lack thereof also has a profound affect on harnessing the power of the body.  Concerning, exercise your focus should be on flexibility, tendon strength, and muscle tone.  Physical training concepts will be covered further in the Shu Ha Ri self defense training manual.  A normal diet should consist of more fruits and veggies than anything else, which aid in blood circulation, absorption, digestion, and elimination.  Among the many health precautions, keep in mind that in ancient Africa it was known that death begins in the intestines.  According to the ancients we must be vigilant to keep them healthy, through frequent consumption of fiber like Psyllium Husk, or Wheat Grass, as well as intestinal cleanses.  In addition, regarding the body’s systems, when you become fearful or angry all the energies of your body flow together instantly for the purpose of self preservation science calls this fight or flight.

A basic Illustration of fight or flight

Simplistically with fight or flight your body prepares itself for standing its ground or escaping. However you describe this process you become stronger than normal.  One of your primary goals as a human being should be to develop the ability to control this process at will.   This can be achieved through breath control, a major part of meditation, remember breath rate rather fast or slow directly affects all functions of the body.  Whether your heart rate, adrenaline, and blood flow increases or decreases is affected by breathing.   In the martial arts we can call upon what’s within to get the body to perform a certain act with devastating power and precision.  We can also bring the body into an absolute state of peace and tranquility.  In martial arts terms we call this energy chi or ki, the.  This energy can be harnessed and channeled into any challenge physical, mental, or spiritual.  Self mastery concerning the body continues to evolve when we become aware of and appreciate the body and its power. Your awareness regarding the power of your body, will give you calmness and a confidence when faced with physical, mental, or spiritual/emotional challenges. There are many breathing exercises that you can employ to harness this power.  There are two that I use routinely and have had much success with. In this exercise you are training the body to be calm on your command.  When you remain calm you can gather everything within you together as you see with the fish in the illustration. Or you can become anxious and scattered, the choice is yours.

For calmness, and introspection

  • Take one deep breath in through the nose
  • Exhale through the mouth very slowly
  • Expel all the air from your lungs
  • The longer the exhalation the better the results
  • Try to make your exhalation last for at least 30 seconds or a minute

For Intensity and focus

  • Inhale deeply through the nose
  • Exhale at medium speed.
  • All the air in your lungs should be expelled in 10 to 15 seconds.

In this exercise you are conducting somewhat of a body systems fire drill.  Summoning your inner power and realizing how your body really does respond to this exercise builds confidence.  Doing both exercises twice a day is sufficient.  Another factor to consider when harnessing the power of fight or flight deals with your previous actions.  You are aware of right and wrong, you know if your previous actions are right or wrong.  Guilt, remorse, or innocence may not set in until you are in a fight or flight situation.  You may not have any thoughts at the time but the feelings of remorse, guilt, or innocence, may affect whether you fight or flee.  Guilt, and remorse have an immobilizing affect because in the heat of the moment deep inside you feel that you may have some how caused what is now facing you.  On the other hand, innocence promotes a feeling of righteous indignation, which impels, or stimulates you to fight for your rights.  Innocence is a power within that you should always have on your side with innocence you are clear minded and free of anxiety. Now that you have a practical grasp on how to harness the power of the body’s systems I would like to present you with a little imagery.  In the Shu Ha Ri Do Symbol the body is represented by water.  What are the attributes of water?  Its calm it’s cool.  However based on the stimulus it can flow rhythmically or

crash violently, water can be vaporous like steam or solid like ice.   Its versatile it reacts instantly, overtime it will dissolve anything its perfect.  To quote the ultimate inspiration in my life Jesus said he is the living water.  To quote another inspiration in my life Bruce Lee said we should be like water, be like water indeed when faced with any challenge in life reacting with sound judgment should be your goal.  At times the body could be spurred into action quite impulsively, like when in a verbal or physical confrontation. This is when mistakes, sometimes costly ones are made.  What spurred you into action?  Your mind of course, the good thing about the bodies relation to water is that it reacts to stimulus the bad thing can be just that, it reacts to a stimulus.  What type of reaction depends on the morals, ethics, values, and condition response patterns established in our minds.  We are accountable for what we do through our bodies it starts with how we think.
