Greetings everyone, in this post I will be sharing one of the techniques from Phase 3 the Green Belt phase of Shu Ha Ri Do the “Side Straddle” take-down. This technique is very simple but nearly impossible to resist if done properly.  There are several other throws and take-downs featured in Phase 3 this is one of the favorites.
