In Shu Ha Ri Do as much as combat can become physical it is always mental
and emotional first. Whatever you do is a refection of the type knowledge
you have acquired. The question is can you govern your thoughts, before
they become emotions? Can you govern your emotions before they become
actions? So many are driven by emotions, and their actions are impulsive
Emotion based responses are usually destructive and regretful. When it
comes to self mastery under the Kingdom of Heaven. You must embrace
wise and righteous knowledge, which will become righteous thoughts.
Righteous thoughts become righteous emotions, which become righteous
actions, habits, character, and ultimately a righteous destiny. Now, do not
minimize what you are reading in this post. It is indeed the pathway or
blueprint for mastering your life step by step. My motivation for self
mastery is related to the Kingdom of Heaven.
In my book titled “The Book of Hai Clue” I reveal lesser known, scientific, historical, and biblical truths. My goal is to encourage you to think and see the “design” or the “fingerprints” behind our reality. This Hai Clue is called simply, “The Atom”.
Take a moment to try and fathom the state an atom
Surrounding the nucleus is a veritable shield
Of counter rotating energy fields
Why it exists has been explained
Surely what it does is not in vain
However, I maintain
That the following question remains
How it all became?
Study and meditate on it for a while, and you will clearly see the intelligence behind the design of the atom.
Hello everyone, I am Sifu G. in 1998 after years of training in various martial
arts systems I created Shu Ha Ri Do. Shu Ha Ri Do is a 7 phase martial arts
system that features all phases of combat. I began teaching Shu Ha Ri Do
outside behind a school. Since that time I have been in the
newspaper, on a couple of FM talk radio shows, and have published multiple
books about my concepts. I don’t claim to be the best, in the world. There is
so much that I still learn and appreciate from students, peers, and mentors.
However, I can guarantee that Shu Ha Ri Do with all of it’s unique and
powerful training philosophy and code of ethics will make a powerful
impact on your life. 20 years of teaching and hundreds of students are
confirmations. You have only but to google or youtube Shu Ha Ri Do, or
browse the website to see what Shu Ha Ri Do has to offer you.
I will be choosing two students. With that being said, if you are in the Miami
area and you are interested in a chance to win simply subscribe and leave a
comment below telling me why you deserve or desire to win. The comment
that strikes me the most will win. To subscribe scroll down to the bottom
right side of the site. To leave a comment scroll to the bottom and you will

be considered. Thanks for you interest, have fun with your replies!
Hello everyone, in this post I would like to focus your attention on your passions. What are they? What sparks a passion? There are many things in life that can spark a passion. We must all be mindful that those sparks create positive, wise, Godly and righteous passions. Below is a poem from my book, “The Book of Hai Clue” in this poem I shed light on how music and media can be used in a way that sparks negative passions. This is especially important for children, but adults should also remain alert to the power of music .
Give it a nice rhythmic beat
And they’ll surely not see the deceit
Provide a nice tune
Or conceal destructive concepts in movies and cartoons
And they’ll consider it harmless all too soon.
Stir the passions through media and song
And before to long
Passion blinds rationale
Right or wrong.
Meditate for a second on the incredible vision of a fly.
A fly’s eye is made up of what are called ommatidia
which are basically photo receptors that provide the fly with visual information about it’s environment. The average fly has more than 3300 ommatidia. Each ommatidia is like an eye unto itself. So in summary, what a fly sees is reproduced more than 3300 times. A fly’s vision is incredible. So, here’s the question, if the fly could see the spiders web
would he still get caught in it? With all that eye power why didn’t it see the web? Perhaps, the answer is because the spider is good at what he does.
What are the webs woven around your life?
Can you see them at all?
Realize that the “spider” is good at what he does.
If you ever were caught, and freed yourself from the “web” would you fly in that direction again? If so what could possibly entice you to continue the same self destructive flight pattern? What could be worth entrapping yourself again? If you did happen to free yourself be aware that you only barely escaped the web weaver.
One mindset you must adopt in order to embrace the Shu Ha Ri Do Warrior’s Code is to learn how not to victimize your own self.

Shu Ha Ri Do, born in 1998 has had an impact on the lives of many. I am very grateful to God for inspiring me to make the most of the talents that he gave me at birth. It is my goal to inspire others to do the same, use the most of their God given talents to inspire others to live a righteous life, that would make him proud. In Shu Ha Ri Do, physical training plays a big part in helping one live a righteous life. The movements in Shu Ha Ri Do and many martial arts forge discipline within the mind and body. However, a spiritual/internal Code must compliment the physical and mental. In Shu Ha Ri Do, that Code is everything, without it you have physical movements only. The Shu Ha Ri Do Code consists of biblical principles of honor, love, loyalty, faithfulness, righteous thoughts, emotions, actions, and wisdom before combat. With that being said, below I present to you moments in time with “Reflections of the “DO”.
Before training we meditate however, we do not empty our minds. I teach my students to focus on a goal of their training or pray.
THANKS FOR READING THERE WILL BE MORE REFLECTION TO COME IN THE FUTURE.
