Conventional boxing within Shu Ha Ri Do merges the sweet science, of unique and conventional footwork patterns.
Kick-boxing in Shu Ha Ri Do blends various kick patterns with fluid boxing combinations. Elements of Muay Thai and San Shou are also included.
Flex Fist Boxing is one of the signature elements of Shu Ha Ri Do training. This training philosophy is used to aid students in becoming explosively fast.
Shu Ha Ri Do grappling principles are taught in stages according to the phases a student progresses through. The techniques are based on Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, BJJ, San Shou, and other unique perspectives taught by Sigung G.
Self Defense is one of the primary goals of Shu Ha Ri Do training. Within Shu Ha Ri Do are what is called COMS or Combat Maneuvers. These "COMS" are similar to Katas in Karate.
The ultimate goal of Shu Ha Ri Do is for students to learn to embrace the Shu Ha RI Do "Code" of not being a victim of anything, wisdom before combat and self mastery under the Kingdom of Heaven. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 430 to 530 pm for children and 530 to 630 pm for adults.
All trainers are certified by Sigung G to teach Shu Ha Ri Do programs.
